Security of Online Transactions
At Trillium Sales Group our biggest priority is to provide our customers with a pleasurable and worry free online shopping experience. All of your ordering information including your name, address, email and credit card number is encrypted using a Secure Server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. In addition, our ordering system is not connected to the Internet and is not accessible in any way. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption. It's easy to tell when you are protected by encryption - depending on your browser, the lock or key at the top or bottom of your browser changes color or is no longer broken, and the first characters of the site address changes from http to https.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We DO NOT accept personal checks. Please be sure to provide your exact credit card billing address and telephone number. The address must match what your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause delays in processing your order. The charge on your credit card statement will show Trillium Sales Group Inc.
Once an order is customized (engraved, printed or embroidered) it cannot be returned or refunded. However if there is a defective merchandise item or a layout or typographical error on Trillium Sales Group Inc.'s part, the order will be replaced within 30 days of receipt under the following guidelines: Please contact us for a return authorization number. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and paperwork are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing or if items are not packed properly as to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to Trillium Sales Group Inc. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Trillium Sales Group Inc. in any way. Freight charges will not be refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss resulting from the purchase or use of products from Trillium Sales Group. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.
Prices & Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical errors or errors in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
